This phrase is a play on the song “Milkshake” by Kelis that came out at the turn of the century. It’s fun and endearing when you consider the first line “Ofe nke m” which in the African language of Igbo means “my soup”. Soup is a common dish amongst the Igbo people, especially eaten with pounded cassava or garri.
